De Lune Corp has named former United States Air Force (USAF) Non-Commissioned Officer Terry J. Wilson as CEO of its Federal IT services arm, De Lune IT.
De Lune is a multi-tiered enterprise with verticals in IT; Energy; Healthcare Administration services; and Food Trade, Distribution, and Logistics. The ISO, SWaM, DBE, and MBE certified organization is also part of the new GSA MAS 8(a) Pool Initiative. De Lune IT, the organization’s IT vertical, and is uniquely positioned to apply De Lune’s deep domain experience in supply chain and logistics with best-in-class cyber technology platforms to create a powerful solution offering which protects critical supply chain investments and customers.
Wilson counts nearly two decades in the GovCon space. He has served the U.S. defense industry as both a career government official and services contractor including at the Departments of Defense, State, and Homeland Security as well as the intelligence community and commercial sector.

Wilson has held pivotal positions at USAF including Installation Antiterrorism Officer, Superintendent of Missile Security Control, and Chief of Security Police Reports and Analysis which have been instrumental in fortifying his foundational understanding of security intricacies and connected networks, a skillset indispensable in an era where cybersecurity and cloud solutions are paramount. He has also led and managed several multi-million-dollar portfolios of contracts, navigating the complexities of the federal market where stringent security protocols and innovative solutions are prerequisites, including at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), U.S. Investigation Services, and Vision Technologies.
